Commercial Video/Web Agency
Changing Horizons is a small successful commercial video/web agency with an established client list spanning some of the most respected and recognised brands in the world.We seek a flexible high calibre full-time or part-time (minimum 25 hours a week) Account Manager/Project Manager who will be at the forefront of our next stage of development.
The role is to:
·Project manage and support video/web development from inception through to production
·Manage existing client relationships and win new business
Home working/hours are negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
·Project Manage video/web projects and nurture existing client relationships with your professional and ‘can do’ attitude.
·Organise and execute video/web production, book suppliers, organise locations, recruit participants, research, write video storyboards, tender work, act as film assistant/runner
Grow our existing client list and secure new business in this exploding market. You will be challenged to leverage your existing contacts and turn these opportunities into Sales by arranging face-to-face client meetings and selling the agency's unique skills and experience to prospective clients.
·Manage all new business you win from video inception through to production ensuring all new client relationships are nurtured for the long-term and their potential revenue is maximised.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Essential
·Degree educated
·Minimum 3 years experience either with a background working with clients in creative media (video/web/design) or with a background in Sales/Marketing/Trade Marketing/PR/ in a blue chip firm or other organisation where video communication was frequently utilised.
·Demonstrable experience of delivering impactful communication (e.g. conferences, advertising campaigns, websites, training programme, sales presentations) and show meaningful understanding of video communication
·Natural sales ability with the willingness to go the extra mile to nurture your clients
·Proficient in Excel/Word/Powerpoint
·Strong project management skills
·Excellent communication skills
·Own car & driving licence

·Mac experience
·Commissioning or using videos as a means of bringing life to communications
·Ability to write stories/press releases/pamphlets/websites
·Commissioning websites
·Commissioning/Running trade marketing campaigns
