Our client is looking for an Account Manager to support the groups operating internally by proactively develop and support The Client Services Department ensuring that all customer needs are met and identifying and driving profit potential with these clients for all aspects of the Group. You will report to the Head of Creative.
Within this role you will develop close working relationships at the correct levels to ensure that our client has the best opportunity to develop successful client relationships, impart knowledge of the industry and challenge existing processes proactively at client level, to demonstrate the Company's expertise in Brand and Retail Communications, proactively identify and pursue further commercial opportunities within each client and be the 1st Point of contact.
You will also identify and forecast the requirements of each account and agree necessary support structure to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction, manage all client expectation internally and externally on all projects and campaigns
You will have total management of the entire client communications life cycle, assist account management & executives on developing and winning existing and new business, ensure that all aspects of the job have been costed and that details are included in the invoices.
This position requires working in both isolation and as a team member, daily time management and balance of workload, awareness of the creative industry, trends, influences and styles. You will ideally have a retail focus and awareness of competitors, current retail sector movements and styles.
A full understanding of prism software (Training given) and competency in 'Mail' email client, Word, Excel and Powerpoint are essential. You will need experience of working with client briefs, print and design procedures (Both Traditional and Digital) and of design agency environment.
