Managing the client relationship, and taking briefs from clients for projects and
campaigns, both face to face, by phone and in writing.
Overseeing the budgets and costings for clients, ensuring that clients are fully
informed at all stages, including ensuring purchase orders are received from the
client at each stage of costing.
Briefing and liaising with production teams to ensure that innovative and cost
effective solutions are proposed and agreed.
Briefing and liaising with the creative teams, ensuring both the creative team and the
client are fully informed and all necessary approvals obtained at each stage of the
process.
Managing the Account Executive reporting systems, including status and contact
reports.
Establishing and maintaining processes to work with the media department internally
or external media agencies.
Overseeing all files/job bags, both physical and digital, ensuring approvals are
documented in writing and filed appropriately.
Setting up, managing and reporting on meetings with clients, suppliers, internal
teams and reporting appropriately.

Essential Experience
Minimum four years experience in marketing/direct marketing/advertising. Preferably
from an agency background with two years experience as an Account Manager.
Solid understanding of marketing services, through education and practical
experience.
Experience of working with creatives and production, to ensure client satisfaction.
