Account Manager
The Account Manager is responsible for creating opportunities to achieve business growth and must have the ability to build a relationship from within Client accounts. This role requires someone to work with the Production Team to co-ordinate the development of projects from concept to delivery.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and projects across a broad range of creative, technical and/or specialist activities
- Develop existing Client relationships in order to effectively communicate the Department's operations and capabilities and to ensure a consistent and growing flow of work into the department
- To work with colleagues to ensure that the overall Department portfolio is managed effectively
- Advise the client on the best solutions to their communication needs
- Create, design and implement these solutions
The ideal candidate would have account management experience. Experience in the web/multimedia or print buying industry would be an advantage.
Salary £22,000 - £24,000
