The purpose of this role is to provide an accurate and effective invoicing & sales ledger service to our customers. To achieve this you will process invoices daily, reconcile accounts and match payments to invoices and maintain the sales ledger by chasing any outstanding payments and VAT.
Required skills & experience for the role
·Educated to GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
·Required to be highly numerate with a courteous and professional telephone manner.
·An ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and significant attention to detail.
·Customer Service skills and experience within the finance industry would be advantageous.
·Previous sales ledger / credit control experience would be a distinct advantage for this role.
Hours of work
·37.5 hours per week
·7.5 hour per day (between 8am and 6pm)
