Job Title: Assistant Accountant
Location: Egham
Salary: up to £25,000

We are responsible for some of the UK and Ireland's best known brands, holding the number one position in many of their markets. Some of the better known brands include Cheestrings, Mattessons, Wall's (sausages and pastries), Denny, Freshways and Richmond. .
The key focus of the role is to support the smooth operation of financial and commercial processes within Kerry Foods' central finance team. The main responsibility will be to assist in the production and consolidation of monthly management accounts and statutory accounts.
Assist in the production of monthly management accounts
Production of VAT invoices and VAT returns
Balance sheet reconciliations
Assist in the Year End Procedures eg consolidation of Hyperion files, statutory accounts
Supporting the FS Accountant in the preparation of Year End accounts
You will be a finance professional with experience gained within an FMCG or Manufacturing environment. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail are demonstrated in your expertise in analysing data and creating reports. A confident communicator, your precise and professional style allows you to interact effectively across all levels. It would be advantageous if you are currently working towards a professional accountancy qualification, however the right attitude and financial aptitude is more important in this varied role.
