Accounts Assistant
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a busy office. This vacancy provides an interesting mix of activities that will test experienced Accounts Assistant's. General duties will include:
* Process and check suppliers' invoices for payment.
* Deal with problem accounts & suppliers.
* Assist in preparation of management reporting.
* Month end accruals & cost allocation journals.
* Check and arrange payment of petty cash & expenses.
* Process Payroll, deal with current legislation and queries.
* Provide secretarial / administrative support.

This role offers job security, an interesting workload and the opportunity to work as part of a team.


The ideal candidate will have at least three years experience of financial administration. Applicants must have experience of processing a high volume of invoices, dealing with supplier quires and reconciling accounts. Applicants must also possess strong MS Excel skills and be capable of working with minimal supervision.

A highly competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidate.
