My client is a well established and rapidly growing business based in Bangor, North Wales and they are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant/PA to report into the Finance Director.
This role will be mixed and will involve accounts and PA work to support the Finance Director.
The Role:The majority of the role will be accounts based and will involve credit control, actively chasing debt, cash allocation, daily cash reporting, sales ledger, processing of the cashbook, producing various reports for the Finance Director on sales ledger balances and income received. The non finance aspect of the role involves diary management and typing letters etc.
