National engineering support group is looking to recruit a purchase ledger and accounts clerk to report to the financial controller. The ideal scenario for our client is to fill this role on a temporary to permanent basis.
The role will encompass;
- Checking and Processing of Purchase and Sales Invoices.
- Liaison with suppliers as appropriate.- Processing of payment runs.
- Liaison with Project Managers to ensure correct authorisation procedures are followed.
- Other ad-hoc activities as required.
- Opening and distribution of post.
The successful applicant should possess the following:
- A good working knowledge of Sage Line 50.- Good Excel and Word skills.-
- An enthusiastic and flexible approach.
