Based in the inner eastern area and reporting to the accounts payable supervisor, our client is seeking a full function accounts payable officer to commence immediately. This is a long term role where your duties will include:
Coding and data entry of invoices onto Oracle
Ensuring correct authorisation is received
Ensuring invoices are allocated to correct cost centers
Providing weekly and monthly reports to management
Processing weekly payment runs
Bank reconciliations
Ensuring staff expenses are processed correctly
Ideally you will have solid accounts payable experience ideally having used Oracle or a large ERP system
