Our client is a leading housing Association based in North London.
A vacancy has arisen for an Accounts Payable person. Your responsibilities are to include:
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices.
- Investigating aged debtor services.
- Allocating cost codes.
- Matching invoices to Purchase orders.
- Arranging payments through cheque runs, BAC' or CHAP's.
- Allocating items of expenditure to cost centres.
- Potentially dealing with internal expenses.
The successful candidate will be a team player with good attention to detail and have a good standard of general education. Previous experience within an Accounts payable role at a housing association is preferable. You will also need to have good IT skills including EXCEL.
