Job Role

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will report directly into the Accounts Payable Supervisor based in Solihull, Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices
  • Matching, batching and coding of supplier invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Dealing with and resolving supplier queries
  • Undertaking payment runs

In order for your application to be successful, you must be able to demonstrate a proven track record within a high volume Accounts Payable environment.

You must have the ability to work on your own initiative but also as a team player. Good IT skills are required in order to hit the ground running.


Based in Solihull, our client is an international business with operations worldwide.
