Acquisition Marketing Manager – Games and Bingo

As Ladbrokes continues to grow we are seeking an Acquisition Marketing Manager to join the Games and Bingo team based at our Head Office.Reporting to the Head of Marketing - Games and Bingo, the role will provide a range of duties including the following:
- Develop, manage and implement all acquisition marketing activity including creative and media buy for TV, outdoor, print, online display, PPC and internal cross sell to drive new customer recruitment with budget
- Work closely with internal functions (including Search Marketing, Affiliates and PR) plus external marketing agencies to underpin lead acquisition activity
- Effectively manage the team through the performance review process and ongoing communication, to facilitate the achievement of personal and company goals and support team member’s personal development.
- Analysis of competitor activity, and keep abreast of industry developments especially in relation to player acquisition to inform acquisition marketing business decisions.
- Analysis of all acquisition activity to measure, refine and continue to build robust marketing strategies to meet overall business objectives.
The Acquisition Marketing Manager should have proven experience of working in an online/digital marketing environment.You will need to have budgetary and people management skills and be able to plan & develop marketing plans and strategies to deliver on KPIs.Previous experience within the gaming sector would be advantageous.
