JohnstonGreer are representing and well know and long established product provider who is a market leader within the life, pensions and investments sector.Following structural changes within their Scottish office they now require an Actuarial Manager to lead the Unit Linked team.
You will be responsible for supporting the unit-linked funds offered by the group and ensure that these are administered inline with company and FSA regulations.You will report to the department Head and will lead a team of 6 staff which will involve work allocation, personal development, mentoring, 1;1s, appraisals and ongoing training.
Further to this you will deal with a variety of high level corporate projects, compliance monitoring and updating company statements and PPFM.
In return the successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £65,000 plus company benefits.Applicants will be experienced managers and will have post qualification experience within a consultant, life office or third party environment.
