We are currently looking for an Administrator to work within Corporate Services. The vacancy is based in North London.
Provide administrative support to the Business Support Officer (Finance).
Assist in the maintenance & reconciliation of the TSG orders database
Processing of all invoices through POP Module and Contempus to meet council's key performance indicator of paying suppliers within 30 days.
Ensure all orders are recorded and tracked through the ordering process via POP on corporate finance system and that all invoices correctly match the relevant order, that orders are assigned to the correct projects where appropriate
Receipting of goods on Cedar in relation to POP order module
Scanning of all invoices, orders and documentation relating to the business unit
Communicate effectively and appropriately with suppliers, TSG account management and other service staff with regard to the processing of all orders and invoicing processes.
Preparation of journal forms for processing and reconciliation with TSG database.
Provision of telephone cover on reception as and when required.
Candidates must hold a clear enhanced CRB, references covering the last 5 years and a full CV covering and explaining any gaps in your employment history and also having the reasons for leaving your previous posts.
