Administration Executive - Specialist Adjusting Network

We now require and experienced Administrator rot support our highly successful Specialist Adjusting Network team in our head office in Reading. Your primary responsibility will be for the quality administration and support provided to the Credit Indemnity Team. This will include managing our Client’s mailboxes, provision of management information, reconciliation of data and compiling spreadsheets, proactive diary management, incoming mail and general administration duties.
Additionally, you’ll be communication and liaising with our clients and brokers on a day to day basis, therefore previous experience within a brokerage is a distinct advantage
You will have/will be:
- No formal qualifications required ,although previous experience in a similar environment would be an advantage
- Ideally have extensive experience of an administration role or similar
- Superb communication skills and a good level of written English
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Be able to prioritise your workload and work under pressure or in times of “surge” when the need arises
- Be a contributing member of a successful team and want to share in that success
- Proficient Keyboard and IT skills including MS Word and Excel
- Highly numerate and competent in the use of spreadsheets
Although we would prefer a candidate that can commit to full time hours, we would also consider applications from those wishing to work on a part time or job share basis.
