We are currently looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join our team based in Halifax. The role will be to provide administrative and office services for the business in an efficient and effective manner.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain further experience within an office environment.

Key responsibilities will include:
Prepare external post as required, adhering to delivery status

Review post daily and ascertain correct reference numbers, allocating to the correct Fee Earner

Make certain all filing is kept up to date and that files are accessible and well

maintained

Close and archive files in compliance with File Closure Guidelines

Print and photocopy documents for the team

Processing recovery cheques via the in house system

Reconciling recovery entries

Input trial and application dates onto the in house system

Check all new files daily to ensure that they have been incepted

General administration duties as and when required

Key competencies:
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, with good communication skills as you will be liaising with various levels within the team. You will have a flexible approach and be able to work as part of a team or on own initiative. An understanding of the importance of achieving deadlines and ensuring quality output is also required for this role.
