We are currently looking for an Administrator to work within Transport and Enviorment Services. The vacancy is based in South of the UK.
Undertake administrative duties in accordance with statutory and departmental requirements.
Undertake reception duties in an office/establishment and provide information regarding available services.
Provide telephone cover and a message service in an office/establishment, as appropriate.
Undertake photocopying and fax transmissions, as requested
Produce simple correspondence and reports from tapes and written documents.
Process incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain filing systems, including establishment of new files.
Maintain and update departmental information
Retrieve data from Data Base.
Provide cover for administrative staff.
Provide administrative support to operational staff, as requested.
Candidates must hold a clear enhanced CRB, references covering the last 5 years and a full CV covering and explaining any gaps in your employment history and also having the reasons for leaving your previous posts.
