Administrator (Charity)

If you answered yes to all 3 of these questions we have what may be the perfect role for you!

My client are a professional and well established charity based in St Albans. They are keen to take on an experienced Administrator with strong organisational skills to oversee the day to day running of the office, as well as assisting with bookings, invoicing and events. You will be a strong problem solver, with the ability to ensure the smooth and effective running of the headquarters.

Daily Duties: 
* Taking bookings via telephone and email, and maintenance of bookings diary
* Production and tracking of invoices
* PA support to the Director
* Working closely with the accountant/ book-keeper and use of SAGE 
* Handling incoming and outgoing post
* Booking stationary and supplies
* Liase with IT support
* Arranging staff meetings and sending out agendas
* Taking a team approach and demonstating sympathy when needed

In order to be considered for the role you will have strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate dedication and a hard working attitude and enjoy working in a support role. You will also have the opportunity to undertake ad hoc PA duties and demonstrate strong PC literacy skills.
 
Monday to Friday - Normal office hours.

Up to £18000 (Dependant on Experience)
