Experienced Senior Administrators required
Location: Cross Hills, near Keighley, West Yorkshire
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £14,000 - £16,000 negotiable dependent on experience
An excellent opportunity has arisen in one of the fastest growing Claims companies in the UK, Investor Compensation claims. We help 1000s of customers to claim back bank charges, credit card charges and miss sold payment protection insurance (PPI).
We are looking for experienced, motivated and enthusiastic senior administrators to join our Head Office team. With significant opportunities for career progression it is an excellent time to join our team.

The role
The role of Senior Administrator will be based in our claims administration department and will involve dealing with claims on behalf of our clients who will be seeking compensation for bank charges, credit card charges and miss sold payment protection insurance.
We are looking for senior administrators who are confident in dealing with a busy work load in an office environment.
The role of senior administrator would ideally suit someone from a claims management, complaints handling or banking background. Experience within financial services is desirable but if you have a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills this could be the role for you.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential along with a professional demeanor as you will be liaising with banks, building societies and the Financial Ombudsman. As such you should have excellent letter writingskills and a methodical, articulate and structured approach.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent customer service skills with dedication to providing first class customer service.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Intermediate IT skills – should feel comfortable dealing with databases, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
- Experience of working in the financial services sector is desirable
- A good telephone manner
- Hardworking with a good attitude to work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
