Urgent requirement for a solid Administrator to work for my client, who are going from strength to strength, based in Leeds City Centre.
You will be required to provide full support to the Regional Manager, Team Leader and genera staff as appropriate.
Duties:
·Code invoices
·Maintain and update spreadsheets to track office spending.
·Monitor office spending to ensure it is in line with agreed budgets.
·Filter calls for managers appropriately.
·Responsible for external and internal mail and faxes, ensuring necessary records are maintained.
·Photocopying/collating documents and files, as requested
·Make any necessary travel arrangements (such as booking couriers, taxis, rail journeys, hotel accommodation), as required.
·Archiving clients’ files and also requesting clients’ files from other organisations.
·Follow procedures, guidelines and policies that are in place.
·Conducting weekly health and safety checks
·Monitoring and maintaining first aid supplies
·Stocktaking, ordering of stationary and organising of the delivery
·Monitoring and maintaining office supplies.
·Book training venues.
·Handle petty cash enquiries.
·If and when necessary, attend meetings and training courses away from the office.
Skills and Experience:
·Previous experience of providing support to others
·Computer literate in MS office and in the use of databases
·Competent at following procedures/regulations quickly and accurately
·Previous experience of monitoring budgets and office spending
·Good general education, with a minimum of 3 GCSE’s (at Grade C or above), or equivalent, including English.
