We are looking for a strong administrator with a steady work history to work in our clients HR department and provide admin support to the HR team. You will be working within a small team of three.

Answering incoming calls – Dealing with enquiries and taking accurate messages.
Typing correspondence and reports.
Recording and processing staff absences / holidays etc.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
Data Entry
Using Excel spreadsheets - including calculating and inputting formulas
Assisting in all aspects of general office administration


Skills:
Enthusiastic Administrator with good all round skills and willing to learn. Must work well as part of a small team with a hands on approach but also able to work using own initiative.
Keyboard skills and experience of Word and Excel are essential
