Requirements
Degree holder preferably in Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information System or similar qualifications; Extensive and relevant experience in management consulting firms, financial services firms, accounting firms or in consultant-like roles working in-house; Good knowledge in any of the following areas: Financial planning and budgeting, Financial consolidation and financial reporting (various accounting standards), and management information; Good knowledge in any of the following areas: banking / insurance operation, customer / risk analytics, Corporate performance management; Practical experience with SAS or Six Sigma will be a plus; Project experience in system implementation of Hyperion Essbase / Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management or similar financial management applications; Experience in implementation of financial management packages (e.g. SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) will be a plus; Project experience in core banking / insurance system implementation, business process re-engineering, data-warehousing or data mining; Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities; Ability to translate client issues into solutions that address complex situations; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is essential; Demonstrable rapid learning capability and able to work under pressure. ResponsibilitiesWorking in teams, the candidates will work in projects to help our clients restructure their organisation, re-engineering their operation and process, and selection and the implementation of the relevant technology solution, or in projects to help clients improve their data quality and to better use data in decision making. Based in Hong Kong, the successful candidates will have opportunities to work in project serving clients in either Hong Kong or China.
