Our client a well-established tour operator, is now looking for an experienced Air operations Team Leader. You will be reporting to the Air operations Supervisor and will be responsible for a team within this department, which covers the handling of flights and cruises. You will be assigning flights to the cruise booking at the most attractive commercial terms to the company. This involves utilization of agreed allocations, contracted net rates, and construction of PNR's through the GDS (Amadeus). You will be the primary coach and motivator of your team, with the primary focus on ensuring maximum performance from the team to achieve set departmental targets by monitoring and coaching the team. Within this role you will be monitoring attendance, timekeeping and sickness and have excellent communication skills, as you will the middleman dealing with management and the Air operations team.
