Application Specialist - Healthcare Sector
Location: London
Salary: £278/day
This position is responsible for guiding the client through the application set-up and testing and to provide on-site support during go-live. The application specialist will also be expected to provide application expertise to the project team where necessary in addition to assisting in other phases of the project.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and lead local setup workshops at the client site
- Network throughout client to ensure that strong working relationships are maintained
- Work in accordance with defined work processes
- Knowledge transfer delivery to fellow Associates through at least two successful mock workshops/knowledge share sessions on chosen areas
