ediTRACK build and host web-based applications for managing complex business processes; integrating customers, suppliers and partners in a single coherent architecture delivering complete process visibility.
The Role.Due to continued expansion we have a vacancy for an Application Support Analyst to be based at our Windsor office.The successful candidate will assist the Systems Manager in supporting a worldwide customer user base.
This position would suit a candidate with some support experience who is looking to build on their knowledge and is eager to develop new skills.
Position Responsibilities:- Diagnosis and resolution of application support issues in a range of client critical software applications.
- Development of application enhancements.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd Line support to ediTRACK users.
- Test ediTRACK software components.
- Provide configuration assistance to customers building ediTRACK-based solutions.
- Systems management and monitoring of back-office server processes.
Requirements:- Have a strong client-centred ethic and take pride in customer satisfaction.
- Good understanding of database applications and SQL knowledge.
