Looking for a semiconductor Applications Engineer with expert knowledge of Microprocessors and Microcontrollers and good embedded software (C/C++) skills. Semiconductor / Electronics background required. Located in East Anglia.
Key client is seeking an experienced Applications Engineer from the semiconductor / electronics / IC industry to provide post sales technical support to lead customers. Based in East Anglia.
Requirements:
-Extensive experience in Microprocessors and Microcontrollers
-Embedded software development, coding in C/C++, test and debug
-Knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux/Android/Symbian, RTOS), on embedded targets.
-Degree or equivalent in Electronic or Electrical engineering
Responsibilities:
-Resolving post sales issues with customers
-Training customers and engineers in new products
-Generate new product documentation; technical reference manuals and application notes
-Good presentation and Customer Facing skills
You will be an excellent communicator and able to extend your technical knowledge easily for this established international company.
