This is a job for an Applications Support Consultant with real career prospects of moving into consulting, implementation and training in the future.
This is a very successful consultancy with a software product that encompasses ERP, accounting, CRM and is a complete business package. They have built up a fabulous client base over the last 20 years, and are going from strength to strength.
They are looking for a bright, ambitious Support Consultant with experience of applications software - ideally you will have worked with ERP and/or accounting packages such as Sage, Pegasus, Kerridge, Movex, Coda, COA, SunSystems, Iris, Protean, Epicor, JDE, iScala, DMS etc, or possibly specialist schools, education, hospitality, estate agents software - but you must demonstrate software package support skills and some knowledge of accounting - perhaps from your education or training.
You will start off in the Support department, giving telephone and remote support to their client base, and once you have learnt the product you can expect to fast track into implementation and full blown consulting.
