OLMC Ltd offers our clients advice and support to keep them legally compliant in vehicle operations, we help them apply for the required licences to operate their vehicles.
We also provide administrative support and legal advice to those Companies that are considering or have made an application for an Operators Licence either for Goods Vehicles, or Buses.
Due to expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic, additional team member to work within the Applications Team, as an Applications Team Administrator you will be tasked with communicating via email and phone with clients and government agencies, managing and requesting documentation and ensuring that the client's needs are met. You must have the ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels, as well as work to procedures with tight time scales as this is a fundamental requirement of the role.
The successful candidate will be a “switched on” individual, have an excellent phone manner and customer handling skills, be very customer focussed, have good attention to detail and have the ability to work to tight time-scales. Computer literacy is a must and a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite will be an advantage.
