Our market leading and prestigious client is currently recruiting for an Appointments Coordinator to join their growing team.
The role
The role involves warm calling potential clients, from a database of leads, book appointments and photography sessions. The purpose of your role will be to enthuse and motivate potential customers about the company's products. We require candidates to achieve a targeted number of bookings each month with the use of telesales. This is not cold calling - the calls are following on from responses to website and email enquiries. You will also be required to meet and greet customers in reception and ensure the cleanliness and appearrance of the reception area is good at all times.

This well respected and established international brand produces high quality images and is well known for their talent. The Worcester studio is part of a group of Studio's, within which the company operates a centre for excellence, and provides training to other staff from all over the UK.
The person
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced telephone based sales executive (although this role does not involve cold calling) who has excellent communication skills. You will be confident in liaising with members of the public at all levels and be able to take control of a sales process. The successful candidate will have the drive and determination to succeed and a very positive, can-do attitude.
As this position is involved in photography, an interest or background in photography, or experience with Photoshop would be advantageous, although not essential.
