Arborist Team Leader
£17,000 - £20,000 + Benefits
Loughborough
As part of a small dedicated team you will undertake vegetation management work on one of our large utility contracts. Work will involve grass cutting, tree pruning, spraying, bush cutting and vegetation removal. You will be required to use a variety of equipment which includes Brush Cutters, Chippers, Chainsaws, Pole Saw's and climbing equipment. Full training will be given prior to usage.
You will be required to work on a stretch of the Contract and therefore significant travel will be involved; we aim therefore to place staff as near to their home location as possible. A Company vehicle is provided to each team and team members will liaise with one another how best to reach that days' planned route as ergonomically and economically as possible. Travel will be discussed further with short-listed applicants.
Work will be carried out in the public eye and so work and safety must be of a high standard at all times. A customer focused attitude and a polite and helpful demeanor is imperative.

You must be a dedicated and hard-working individual who is prepared to work in a physically demanding role in all weather conditions. Support will be given by an on site team leader and relevant training will be delivered to successful individuals.
