Due to expansion, we currently require a dynamic and motivated Resourcer/Trainee Recruiter with an appetite for challenge to join our busy Defence & Government division based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Reporting to the Recruitment Team Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying & resourcing suitable candidates as well as developing strong relationships with them.
Full training and support will be provided, both initially, and continuously as you progress.

We are looking for candidates of Graduate calibre who have a background within sales, ideally from a business to business or customer service/target-driven environment, and a genuine desire to succeed in what is an incredibly competitive and fast paced industry. Candidates with an Armed Forces/Military background will also be considered.
