As the Area Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for the effective operation and development of the housekeeping department in all the hotels. You will ensure that company brand standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times, whilst meeting the needs of the business. Also as the Area Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible for managing and motivating your team. You will be required to ensure that all staff within the housekeeping department are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy. You will also be responsible for the Recruitment and Selection of your team and for managing any Employee Relations issues with the support of the Human Resources Department. You will actively guide and direct the whole team to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery. You will be involved with auditing.
There will be travel involved from site to site
You must have previous experience in Housekeeping management.
Package: £22k. Company vehicle and mobile phone.
