Your Role:

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Anglia Support Partnership, we are currently looking to recruit a Service Manager, this is a regional role covering various sites within ASP, responsible for the delivery of domestic, portering and laundry services through the dedicated teams on site. The SM will support the General Manager and will liaise with all levels of medical and Trust staff giving special consideration to the demands of political policy and local circumstances.
The SM is required to support and participate the development of strategy and the implementation of initiatives and goals seeing them through to a successful conclusion. The SM will be Sodexo’s main representative across a defined area and will manage the communication strategies between the business and Trust stakeholders.
This role requires strong leadership, management, communication and commercial skills, a real hunger for continual improvement and an individual who takes ownership and embraces change.

About You:

• Proven experience of successfully managing client relationships
• Proven track record of leading, managing and developing a team (minimum 50+)
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities
• Experience of budget management
• Must be able to demonstrate: Excellent communication skills, be persuasive and decisive
• Literate in IT
