Are you an experienced Area Manager looking to move your career forward within an exciting fashion brand? A leading highstreet fashion retailer with a retail portfolio of over 300 stores nationwide are in the process of expanding and are looking for an experienced Area Manager to manage stores in the West Midlands Area.
This retailer has been selling clothing for over 50 years, and has an exciting online presence. Their commitment to offering customers a contemporary shopping environment with quality, fashion focused products is reflected in their recently re-branded and re-modelled stores. They are now looking for an experienced Area Manager to join their team, and be part of a successful growing business.
You will need to be an experienced Area manager, based within the West Midlands area, who has previous Area management experience within a fashion environment. As the Area Manager you will be responsible for up to 17 stores across the region including new store openings. You will drive your stores KPI’s, maximising performance and providing leadership, support and communication. You will drive store sales, maximising your areas profitability, and you will achieve all key business indicators on a store-by-store basis, ensuring you focus on improving operations and increasing management impact. You will drive & coach your stores to continually provide the highest level of customer service and merchandising standards.

Candidates must have area management experience within the fashion sector!!
