Area Manager - Northern Ireland
My client is known in the industry for its approach to its sector. They are a global brand, with stores across the Europe and North America, with further expansion planned throughout the remainder of 2009 across the whole of the UK.
Looking for an existing Area Manager with Strong Retail Management experience from within any sector, however multi-site experience is vital.
With a robust management style you will be able to lead from the front. You will have strong man management experience and be able to demonstrate a keen passion for the retail arena. Motivating your teams, delivering through your people and leading front the front will all be key characteristics of your personal style.
Key experience / traits for this role are as follows:
- Strong Retail Experience
- Multi-site management
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong retail sales experience
- Ability to lead from the front and manage through your people
- Drive, energy and ambition
- Strong financial performance management across diverse sectors
- P+L exposure would be preferred, but is not essential
- Based in and around Bristol and the South West region
Salary up to £35,000 + Car + £10,000 Bonus
