Right now, we've a fantastic opening for a Utilities Management Specialist to join as an Area Manager.
Leading our Utilities team to deliver exceptional operations and maintenance work across our utilities plant here in Tadcaster, as an Area Manger you won't just manage our success, you'll create it. You will play a pivotal role in creating the growth and success of our Tadcaster Brewery.
You'll have full responsibility for the utilities plant and its performance, making it a great chance to shape your own agenda and stamp your mark on our global brewing organisation.

When you join us as an Area Manager you will:
* Ensure our high cost and quality standards are met for utility management
* Ensure the maintainable assets on site meet the quality, service and cost expectations of both internal and external stakeholders
* Monitor adherence to Environmental Health & Safety requirements and accreditation standards ( ISO, HACCP, etc. )
* Manage the utilities budget, capital plan and capacity planning
* Train, coach and develop team members

For the position of Area Manager - Utilities we are looking for someone with a recognised engineering qualification. Previous experience of running a utilities plant is a must, while exposure to a large-scale process manufacturing facility will be a bonus. Experience of leading and developing a team of engineers is also crucial, and will ensure you've a fine attention to detail and a strong focus on performance management.
