What you'll be doing:

-You will have ultimate responsibility for an area of large superstores
-You will be directly responsible for all operational, stock, customer service, and staff training and development issues and initiatives.
-You will be managing a team of up to 16 Store Managers and their team and a turnover of up to £80m per year.
What we'll be looking for in you:
- Ideally you will have experience of managing a team of people within a large format retail environment, although Managers from other formats will also be considered.
- Applicants from supermarkets, large convenience stores, home improvement, DIY, hardware, non-food and other large high-street and out of town retail units have previously been most successful in this environment.
- A strong background in people, customer service and operations management, coupled with a truly passionate, hands-on approach.

Up to £60k++++
