Due to the continued success and growth of the Company we now have a vacancy available for an experienced Area Contracts Manager for our Manchester Office.
This is an exciting and demanding opportunity for an individual with a desire to succeed in the Cleaning Industry and to play a key role in the ongoing development of the Manchester Region and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivery of exemplary cleaning standards across a portfolio of daily office cleaning / leisure type contracts, the nature of which may involve early morning, evening and occasional weekend working.
To succeed in this position, the successful candidate will thrive under pressure, be at ease with adopting a hands on approach and have the ability to liaise and communicate at all levels. Recruitment, training, inspections and arranging holiday / sickness cover should be second nature to those applying.
To be considered for this role, you must have had experience of working in the cleaning Industry within a similar position and possess strong leadership and people management skills.
In return we are offering the correct person a salary of £18,500 per annum (reviewed after three months), a Company car, mobile phone and the opportunity to progress within a rapidly expanding and successful organisation.
