You will need to have the following background:
- At least two years multi-site management experience (ideally within the pharmacy/optical sector although small-site retail backgrounds will be considered)
- P&L accountability
- Experience of growing your area through people development and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent coaching, development and team-building skills
- High level of numerical and verbal analytical skills
- High degree of influencing and persuasive skills
- Business knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
