Area Manager
£27,000-£33,000 p.a. plus company car and highly generous benefits package
As an Area Manager when you take on this challenging role you’ll be working closely with our Senior Management Team to help significantly grow and expand the company. You will also be taking direct supervisory responsibility for a Locality Manager and several Senior Support Workers and the services they look after.
Already with significant experience at supervisory level within learning disabilities and mental health, you should be comfortably working on your own initiative and managing projects to an extremely high standard. You will be highly organised and self-motivated. A full, clean driving licence is essential, as is the ability to really motivate a team of staff.
