You will be accountable for guiding and advising the store managers, full P&L, outlining the business strategy for your area and general people management and planning.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following criteria:
- Retail area management experience in the Pharmacy/Optical or Healthcare Sector related sector
- Full P&L and people accountability for your area
- The ability to demonstrate a proven track record of success in your current/previous organisation
