Job Role

Our client is one of the UK`s leading forecourt operators who are now looking to expand their business interests into Ireland. The client is recruiting for a Retail Area Manager to look after a network of Retail Service Stations located primarily in the regions around Dublin and Cork. The stations will be operated by third party tenants and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum profitability by maximising fuels sales and rental incomes through the sites. It will be necessary to co-ordinate between sites and Head Office in order to ensure that credit exposures are controlled and customer relations are managed. Periodically they will also be responsible for the recruitment of tenants.

The successful candidate will be required to travel widely within Ireland

Euros 35,000 - 40,000 (Bens. include a company car)

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
