It is anticipated that candidates will possess approximately 2 to 4 years` appropriate experience. This will have been gained through working within and selling to Specifiers, contractors and distributors. Ideally, candidates will have had some experience of safety related products, but this attribute is not essential.
A comprehensive knowledge of construction and general industry is essential, combined with business acumen and keen negotiating skills.
Good IT skills are essential, to support daily communications, report writing, use of information systems and preparation and delivery of presentations.
