Qualifications: BOHS P402 certificate is an essential requirement as is a full UK driving licence
Experience: Ideally you will have several years experience of undertaking asbestos surveys within the UK sector.
Salary: £18-24k plus benefits (commensurate with relevant experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Undertaking all asbestos activities in accordance with HSE guidance note MDHS 100
*Visual identification and assessment survey (Type 1)
*Management survey (Type 2)
*Intrusive survey for demolition or refurbishment works (Type 3)
*Project management
*Client liaison and the identification of new business opportunities
*Providing clients with asbestos management advice
