Qualifications: Full UK driving licence and a P402 Certificate are essential
Experience: Substantial experience of undertaking asbestos surveys for a range of buildings.
Salary: £18-20k plus benefits (a higher starting salary would be considered for exceptional candidates)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Client and local authority liaison
Undertaking Type 1, 2 and 3 surveys
Bulk sampling
Advising clients with regards to asbestos management
Report production (in accordance with MDHS 100)
Providing clients with certificates of visual inspection
Project management
Client liaison across the Great London region
Scheduling of laboratory analysis
