Qualified Assessor positions available with Major Retail Stores throughout the UK
Skills Required
Experience in assessment of staff or previous staff development essential. D32/D33 or A1 Qualification required.
Experience in the delivery and assessment of Key Skills essential.
PTTLS qualification/working towards essential.
Key Skills Level 2 qualification desirable.
Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral and proven experience within a Retail environment
Role Purpose
To assess learners participating in a work based learning retail apprenticeship programme.
Successful applicants will be measured by the following performance indicators:
·Achievement of Starts Targets
·Achievement of frameworks within funded timescales
·Compliance to carry out all processes in line with the company Curriculum and Quality standards
Personal Specification
·Excellent communication skills both written and oral and the ability to write reports on data and other forms
·A requirement for interpersonal skills
·To be professional, accountable and responsible for work ethics
·Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise
·The ability to work under pressure
·The role requires an element of flexibility to achieve timely targets
