New position due to rapid business growth our client urgently needs a qualified Assessor Trainer to Cover East Anglia therefore the role will involve travel.
SKILLS REQUIRED
D32/D33 or A1 Qualification
Experience of delivering key skills literacy and numeracy- LEVEL 1 & 2
Must have a proven Retail/Customer Service background, to ensure competancy in delivering Retail & Customer + Team Leader NVQ's
ROLE PURPOSE
To manage the framework process from learner start through to certification delvering all parts of the LSC documentation and all aspects of the apprenticeship, including the delivery of Key Skills. The KPI's indicators for this role are:
Achievement of Starts Targets
Achievement of frameworks within funded timescales.
Compliance to carry out all Elmfield processess as laid down by 'Standards and Curriculum and Quality.
1) To carry out regular assessment visits and development days
2) Ensure Development Days/Key Skills workshops are delivered in line with agreed schedules of delivery including the Facilitation of Key Skills tests as part of the workshop activity, setting up necessary IT hardware to conduct the testing on site.
3) To complete the NVQ with each learner as per the Elmfied methodology.
4) To manage the framework achievement within funding period
5) To ensure all paperwork is filled out correctly and legible before sumitting to office and ensure that Key Skills portfolios are maked and returned to the administrative offices within company timeframes.
6) Ensure activities meet regulatory requirements and the completion of the required documentation for each programme is within agreed timescales.
7) Liaise within the escalate issues to Elmfield management.
8) In line with the companies emerging polices and values, and the Investors in People philosopy
