Our client is a small family run business, who is looking for a Assistant Accountant. Duties will include;
- Preparing profit and loss and month end reports.
- Analysing forecasts versus actual variances.
- Posting journal entries.
- Reconciling supplier statements and bank statements.
- Processing payment runs.
- Purchase and sales ledger.
- Calculating accruals and prepayments.
Candidates will have excellent communication skills and have impeccable attention to detail. Flexibility is also key.
Hours Monday - Saturday 8.45 - 17.30 with a flex day off.
