Maternity Cover – Start Jan 2010.

£19,000 + bonus
At Canford School, Sodexo, a world leader in Catering and Facilities Management, provide a high level of catering services on a daily basis.
Due to maternity leave, the Assistant Catering Manager will be required to work alongside the General Services Manager in continuing to deliver a high standard of Catering and Hospitality services to the school on a daily basis. Whilst continuing to lead, manage and motivate the onsite catering team, maintain and build rapport with students, staff and visitors on a daily basis, ensure tight budget controls and adhere to Sodexo compliance at all times.
We are looking for the Assistant Catering Manager to have previous experience working in catering, hospitality and function (inc. weddings) environment, have excellent management skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to work under own initiative.
The working hours are 5 out of 7 including evenings and weekends.
